Summer 2025
Elements of Water
I am joining Maggie Allyn Cole for her Elements of Water session, a part of her 2024 Elements Series.
About the event:
Dive into the soothing and transformative energy of water with practices inspired by the fluid, cleansing, and reflective qualities of the water element. Flow through a yoga practice that promotes flexibility, emotional release, and a deep connection to your inner fluidity and intuition. Bathe in the tranquil sounds of a sound bath that will help you release emotional blockages and find a state of deep relaxation. After the yoga and sound bath session, we will experience an optional community cold plunge.
Event will be held in a private residence in University Place, WA.

Menopause and Mocktails is for women of all ages and stages, whether you're Pre-Perimenopause, in Perimenopause, in Menopause or post-Menopause.
June Special Guest: Heather Dagley of Bud & Blossom Coaching
Heather will give a short talk about ways you can care for your endocannabinoid system.
The endocannabinoid system (ECS) is a network of receptors and signaling molecules that helps regulate various processes in the body, including hormone production and balance. Cannabinoid receptors are found throughout many tissues and organs, including the brain, immune system, and reproductive organs. When activated by cannabinoids, these receptors influence the release of hormones. Essentially, the ECS acts like a thermostat, helping to maintain hormonal balance in the body. There are many ways to "tune" this thermostat for optimal performance - and not all of them involve cannabis!

SACRED CIRCLE - movement, sound healing, community
Topic: Navigating toxic relationships.
Come and gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your experiences when it comes to toxic relationships (people, places, and things) through intentional practices like yoga, meditation, sound bath, and expressing our emotions.
💫
Sunday, we’ll be talking about letting go of what no longer serves, and embracing what does.
Here’s the plan…
We’re going to start with some movement to open ourselves up. Gotta get the blood (and endocannabinoids) flowing!
Then, we’re going to do this really cool thing where we use the symbolism of water to cleanse, release, and renew. I’ll guide everyone through a guided meditation in which we identify the relationships that have become toxic, observe them without shame, and then prepare to thank these experiences, release them, and move on.
Maggie will play her sound bowls, which is always super magical. Prepare to be absolutely taken away!
Finally, we will move into circle time. Chilled CBD tea will be served (to balance the body and clarify the mind) and participants will have time and space to share their personal takeaways.
This is a 90-minute, donation-based offering so please bring your donations to class.
We can’t wait to share this with you!
