FAQ
Addressing some of my frequently asked questions ~
Q: Where will coaching sessions be hosted?
A: Coaching will take place either online (Zoom) or in-person, depending on your preference and location.
For clients local to the Puget Sound:
For clients who live within 15 miles of Tacoma, WA, I can provide in-house sessions for an additional $20 per session.
Or, we can meet at my home in Central Tacoma. Address to be provided after coaching sign-up.
For those clients outside of the Puget Sound region, or for those who prefer virtual options, I will set up virtual meetings via Zoom.
Q: Do I have to “get high” to improve my health or benefit from Bud & Blossom?
A: Absolutely not. Did you know? There are many ways to improve the health of your endocannabinoid system that do not include intoxication.
When we begin our work together, I will ask you some questions about your preferences and we can discuss the cannabis & wellness plan that will be ideal for your unique lifestyle, comfort level, and desired experience. There are many cannabinoids that are not intoxicating, including CBD, CBG, CBDa, and more. We can use these cannabinoids to balance your body, and then take it a step further by supplementing with other healthy behaviors that support the functionality of your endocannabinoid system.
Q: Is Coach Heather, of Bud & Blossom, a doctor?
A: Coach Heather is not a doctor. All clients are advised to discuss their course of cannabis usage with their medical provider.
Heather here - I am not a doctor. However, I have helped hundreds of patients, customers, and clients connect to cannabis products and approaches that work for them. First and foremost, I began my exploration of cannabis as a patient (cannabis helped me when I needed it most). I then served as a budtender and took the coursework to become a Certified Medical Marijuana Consultant. I then received my Cannabis Coaching certification from The Cannabis Coaching Institute and have since coached hundreds of patients across various networks, including Veriheal, Grandma Cat’s Compassion Care network, and now Bud & Blossom. Although I am not a doctor, I can guide you through a basic understanding of possible pharmaceutical contraindications and prepare you for discussions with your primary care doctor.
