A space to reconnect with your inner wisdom, the rhythms of nature, and the power of sisterhood

You're invited to a sacred gathering of women on the shores of the Puget Sound. This is for the women seeking connection — to herself, to the earth, and to other kindred spirits. Come as you are. Leave more aligned.

We'll gather at Owen Beach (Pt. Defiance Park) in Tacoma.

Heather of Bud & Blossom is honored to co-host this event with Julia Ortiz, certified reiki practitioner.

This gathering will consist of two hours of soulful connection and will include:
• grounding breathwork or yoga
• nourishing meditations
• sound healing
• gentle sharing and sacred conversation
• and — for the brave! — a wild plunge into the cold, cleansing ocean

Bring a towel, warm layers, water shoes, a pen and journal, and your wild spirit.
