Join us for Presence and Plunge

A space to reconnect with your inner wisdom, the rhythms of nature, and the power of sisterhood

You're invited to a sacred gathering of women on the shores of the Puget Sound. This is for the women seeking connection — to herself, to the earth, and to other kindred spirits. Come as you are. Leave more aligned.

We'll gather at Owen Beach (Pt. Defiance Park) in Tacoma.

Presence and Plunge will be held every other Sunday, 10am - 12pm
Dates: 4/27 | 5/11 | 6/08 | 6/22 | 7/06 | 7/20 | 8/03 | 8/17 | 8/31 | 9/14 | 9/28

Each gathering will consist of two hours of soulful connection and may include:
• grounding breathwork or yoga
• nourishing meditations and readings
• sound healing or music
• gentle sharing and sacred conversation
• and — for the brave! — a wild plunge into the cold, cleansing ocean (guided by certified cold water guide)

Bring a towel, warm layers, water shoes, and your wild spirit.
