My Favorite Vape Accessories Brand: PAX
Life has been full of surprises lately. Ha! What an understatement. With all the concurrent challenges we are collectively experiencing, I hope you’re doing well and having a good enough time riding the waves.
Speaking of surprises… something that definitely surprises me is that I am JUST NOW getting around to writing this post!
It’s a surprise because what I’m about to say next is something that’s been true to me for years. And I’m just now telling you about it. Well, if you follow my Insta, then you might already know…
Ok well here goes…
I think PAX offers the best vape accessories out there.
There, I said it. Of course, I know people who prefer other brands of vape products/accessories, and that’s cool. But, if you want to know my personal opinion, now you know. I think PAX is the best.

My History with PAX
I have been using PAX pens since 2017, the year that I began my medical cannabis journey. At the time, I was living in an apartment, and so I needed a way to consume cannabis that wouldn’t, well, tip anyone off or get me evicted! Vaping was the answer.
I quickly discovered PAX vape products and was instantly a fan.
There was a PAX Era pen at my wedding. In fact, my husband and I thought we lost it that day (and were super bummed) until he found the pen years later, hiding in a coat pocket. Hallelujah!
In 2018, I passed a PAX Era pen around at a another wedding (and again in 2021). Let me tell you, it’s crowd favorite!
I have taken my PAX pens to the farmer’s market, special events, bachelorette parties, industry events, walks in the woods, on vacation – and more! I even like to use it in the bath.
There’s another place that I often take my PAX pen … and that’s my spin bike! For many years now, I have vaped whist biking on my stationary spin bike. Vaping on my spin bike helps me gain resiliency, stay on the bike longer, and have one hell of a good time up there!
Fun fact: You can even get your Pax ERA pens engraved! At various cannabis industry events, I have seen the PAX team etching cool designs onto vape pens with their laser engraving machine. They have a ton of designs to choose from, and then you get to watch them engrave the pen right there in person! Awesome experience, with an awesome result. Look out for the PAX team at your favorite cannabis meet-ups :)

Standouts from the PAX Product Line
PAX Era
PAX Era is PAX’s take on the vape pen. It’s the option you buy if you want to vape cannabis concentrates (which are sold separately at cannabis dispensaries). They offer two Era options – the PAX Era Life and the more deluxe PAX Era Pro.
I love these pens. In my mind, they stand above the rest of the other vape pens out there. Why? They work, they don’t leak, they’re reliable, and hey - they’re cute as hell, too!
PAX is like the Apple of vape products. You get to choose a color that suits your vibe. And why not? This is probably something that you’ll use frequently! :)
Note: When you purchase a PAX Era pen, know you’re going to have to purchase vape cartridges that are PAX compatible. These are widely available in “legal” cannabis states, and I have never been to a dispensary that didn’t have a PAX cartridge in stock. Setup looks like: The PAX Era pen, a PAX compatible cartridge, and enough charge to power your pen!
When I was a budtender, I turned many customers onto the PAX Era pens. While other pens would be returned, on occaision, due to malfunction, I never personally experienced any customer dissatisfaction after someone went for the PAX option.
And, PAX vape pens are pushing the boundaries of normalization (in a good way, of course!) I forget what show it was… but I was streaming something on Netflix recently and saw one of Anne Hathaway’s characters puffing away on a PAX whilst writing an email. Reminded me of my own life!

This is a dry herb vaporizer. And it’s the bees knees!
This little device allows you to produce cannabis vapor from cannabis flower. Most vape pens on the market are meant to be attached to a cannabis cartridge that’s filled with cannabis concentrate. But this pen allows you to vape cannabis flower. You know, the green leafy buds themselves!
You simply pack some bud into the bottom of the pen, press a button, wait for it to heat (it will tell you when it’s ready with a nice green “go!” light), and then you are ready to inhale your cannabis vapor!
Dry herb vape pens are a wonderful way to experience the full breadth of a cannabis cultivar’s terpene profile. Due to the low temperature at which the device heats up the material, the resultant vapor is rich in terpenes that might otherwise be burnt off if the flower was smoked. For this reason, and many others, dry herb vaporization is a favorite method among many cannabis patients.
And hey, Bill Maher uses this dry herb vape. He pulled it out of his pocket on one of his shows! Hate him or love him (I love him…) – that’s kind of cool to know!

The Pros of Vaping
Just in case you’re new to vaping, I wanted to provide a few comments on why you might choose vaping over another cannabis administration method:
Rapid relief of symptoms (after you take a puff, you can feel the effects immediately)
Relief lasts 1-3 hours
Easier on your lungs than smoking (think of cannabis vapor like a “mist”, as opposed to a “smoke”)
Doesn’t smell and is very discreet!
Ask anyone who knows me personally… and they’ll tell you that vaping cannabis is one of my favorite ways to consume! On a given weekend, you might find me hunting for mushrooms with one of these PAX pens in my pocket.
