Eat Sleep Relax Protect Forget
This is an incredible book that I’m so happy to say I now own and have the chance to learn from! Michelle Sexton has done a wonderful job of breaking down the inner-workings of the endocannabinoid system and explaining how this system impacts women and women’s health. Once this book was released, I knew it was a must-have for my personal library.
