Why Track Your Cannabis Use?
By taking the time to track your cannabis use, as well as other key wellness indicators, you increase your ability to find the right cannabis dosing strategies & daily routines to support your endocannabinoid health.
In this guide, you will find guiding worksheets that you can use along your cannabis journey this week – and every week! You can either print out the worksheets or use the prompts to guide your record-keeping in a journal.
Additionally, this guide will introduce other wellness strategies – and ways to track them! – that will help you reset and balance your endocannabinoid system.
As a practicing cannabis coach, I have learned so much working with clients over the past few years! And I have found that in order to achieve the very best results, clients are better served when they can track their cannabis use and symptom ratings over time. This allows them to confirm that their cannabis/CBD routine and other wellness strategies are truly helping them achieve their overall wellness goals.
With that in mind, I wanted to create something for you to make the “tracking” piece easier and more sustainable. Consider this my latest contribution to your wellness journey!
Baseline Tracking Worksheet
The questions in the Baseline Tracking worksheet are meant to be filled out every day. They help you record your key wellness indicators, including:
Sleep quality and energy levels throughout the day
Food intake
Movement
Symptom Rating
Medicines used (cannabis and other)
General comments about the quality of your day
Filling this out every day will get you into the practice of auditing your behaviors, drive accountability, help you remember your daily medicine doses, and allow you to confirm your cannabis regimen is improving your symptoms over time.
This practice is also intended to help you tap into your intuition and listen to what your body is trying to tell you. Sometimes, our bodies hold all the answers!
Supporting Journal Prompts
To support your best cannabis week ever, I have also included journal prompts you can use to dive even deeper into your cannabis experience this week. Grab a journal, grab a joint, and get into some empowering writing prompts I have curated for you.
Customize As Needed
You may find that another tracking method works better for you, and that's OK! Use this information as a guide & then get tracking with the method that you prefer. This is about creating a cannabis & wellness routine that is specific to you. One that is designed for your body and is aligned with your vision for your life.
Don't forget: you are so powerful and you can do anything you set your mind to. Even in one week, you can change the trajectory of your life.
Make cannabis and lifestyle changes that stick... by working with a coach!
As a cannabis wellness coach, I can help you design the optimal cannabis and/or CBD regimen for you. I can also help you make sustainable lifestyle changes that support the health of your ECS and bring balance into your body.
I will guide you & provide loving support along the way. You see, cannabis helped me when I needed it most. I'm excited to share how this plant can help you, too!
